Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products and claiming refunds when you purchase from Wyxranoroidhunul ("we", "us", "our") via our website https://wyxranoroidhunul.world (the "Website"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and forms part of your contract with us when you place an order.
If you are a Consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This policy is designed to comply with those laws and to give you clear information about how to return products and receive a refund.

3. Your right to cancel (14-day withdrawal right)
If you are a Consumer and you purchased at a distance (e.g. online), you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. This is known as the "cooling-off" or withdrawal period.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post using the contact details above). You may use a model cancellation form if we have provided one, but it is not mandatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation.
If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (we do not have to reimburse the cost of premium or express delivery if you chose that option). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back from you, or from the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or the goods were faulty. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them (unused, in original packaging where possible, with any seals intact). We may deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. opening sealed packaging that is not necessary for inspection).
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food supplements (e.g. opened capsules, broken seals) unless the product is faulty or not as described. If you wish to cancel, you may inspect the product on delivery but should not open the seal or use the product if you intend to return it. If you have opened the product and then cancel, we may deduct from your refund an amount reflecting the loss in value, or we may refuse the return if the product is no longer fit for resale. We will inform you before doing so.
4. Faulty or misdescribed products
If the product you received is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged in transit), you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You do not have to pay for the cost of returning faulty or misdescribed goods; we will arrange and pay for return if applicable.
Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault or discrepancy. We may ask you to send photos or a short description and to return the product for inspection. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will offer a repair (if possible), replacement or full refund including delivery costs. We will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.
5. Returns procedure
To return a product (whether under the 14-day right to cancel or because of a fault):
- Contact us by email or phone using the details in section 2. Tell us your order number (if you have it), the reason for the return and whether you are cancelling under the 14-day right or reporting a fault.
- We will confirm whether the return is accepted and, if applicable, provide you with return instructions (e.g. return address, any reference number to include). For faulty or misdescribed goods, we will confirm that we will cover return costs where appropriate.
- Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging. Include a note with your name, order reference and (if applicable) reason for return.
- Send the package to the address we give you, using a tracked service if possible so you have proof of posting. For returns under the 14-day right, you are responsible for the cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise or the product is faulty.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund as set out in section 6.
We recommend that you keep proof of postage until the return has been processed. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit until they reach us; if you are returning faulty goods and we have asked you to send them, we will work with you to resolve any loss in transit.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fee for the refund. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card; the time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5–10 working days).
As stated in section 3, we will make the reimbursement for a cancellation within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or receive evidence of your having sent them back. For faulty or misdescribed products, we will refund within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.
If we have not received the returned goods or evidence of return within a reasonable time, we may withhold the refund until we do. If you cancel but do not return the goods, we may recover the goods at your expense or deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the cost of recovering them, where permitted by law.
7. Partial returns and multiple items
If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only some of them, you may do so in accordance with this policy. The 14-day cancellation period applies to each order as a whole; if you cancel, you may return all or only part of the order (e.g. one of two bottles), and we will refund the amount corresponding to what you return. If you received a discount for a multi-item order and you return only part, we may adjust the refund so that the discount is applied proportionally to the items you keep.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or quantity, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order. We will process your refund once we receive and accept the return.
9. Products that cannot be returned
Aside from the hygiene restriction for opened food supplements (section 3), we do not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged by you, or that have passed the 14-day cancellation period (unless they are faulty). Customised or perishable goods may be subject to different rules; we will inform you at the time of order if applicable.
10. Non-UK customers
If you are located outside the United Kingdom, your local consumer laws may give you different or additional rights. This policy is written with UK consumers in mind. We will endeavour to treat all customers fairly and to comply with applicable law in the country of delivery where we sell. 11. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we make changes. Changes will not affect returns for orders placed before the change. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
