Delivery costs will be shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we will use reasonable efforts to dispatch within the stated timeframe (e.g. 1–2 working days) and to deliver within the indicated window (e.g. 2–5 working days). We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, pandemic, customs). Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. If you are a Consumer, ownership of the Products passes to you when we have received payment in full.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery according to their procedures. You are responsible for any additional costs or loss if you do not collect or arrange redelivery within the carrier's time limit.

8. Consumer rights (UK)

If you are a Consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation. Our Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. 10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage (including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the supply of Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Our total liability to you in respect of any order or any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products in that order.
